Exchange and refund policy


If there is a manufacturing fault in our item and you want to exchange or refund it, you will see that our policies will relieve you of this tension in no time.

Items can be changed or refunded if they are the wrong size, color but if the custom made product does not have any manufacturing fault then we will not exchange or refund it.

There are a few steps that follow the process

  • You can purchase the replacement in a new order and then return the unsuitable items for a refund. This is the quickest and easiest process.
  • Or you can send the items back to us and we will send you the replacements
  • Once your returned items have been received we will send you the replacements
  • The process normally takes a few days or a week or two depending on how long it takes for the items to reach us.

Overseas replacement

If you wish to exchange an item you will have to purchase a replacement first in a new order and then return the unsuitable item for a refund.

Combine shipping

You can reduce the cost of shipping if you wish to buy something else along with the replacement as you can opt for combine shipping of both the products.

  • Most of our items can be refunded. Engraved or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless a manufacturer’s fault is found with them.
  • Buyers must return goods within 30 days of receiving the order (this is extended to 30 days after Christmas when purchasing Christmas gifts).
  • The Buyer must make sure any returned goods reach us in satisfactory condition.
  • Please ensure that all bags/tags/labels untorn and still attached.
  • To minimize processing time and speed up your exchange/refund, please ensure that any items returned are free from odor and pet hair, are folded as neatly as possible and sent in secure, protective wrapping.
  • We make an effort to ensure the goods reach you in great condition – we’d really appreciate you returning the favor.
  • Buyers returning goods from outside the EU must clearly state on the outside of the package and on any customs documentation that the goods are ‘Returned Goods’ to allow them to clear customs without generating additional charges.
